On top of all the new sales we are constantly adding to our wine selection! We are excited to announce that we are once again carrying Emilio Moro Wines! These wines have always been some of my favorite to come out of Spain. When I was studying for my sommelier exams working in Arkansas, I had to pleasure of tasting wines with Emilio’s grandson and ever since then I have been a huge fan. These wines offer unprecedented quality without breaking the bank. We are now carrying two different Tempranillos produced by the Moro family. The Emilio Moro Tempranillo sells for $26.99 and contains many oak, leather, tobacco, and blackberry notes. We also have the Moro Finca Resalso Tempranillo for $17.99! Both of these wines are big, bold, dry, and tannic! If you like Spanish Tempranillo give these a shot!
If New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs are your wine of choice, Mahi out of Marlborough is a great choice! This Sauv. Blanc goes for $18.99! While this wine has a lot of acidity to it, it is also extremely well balanced! It is medium bodied, dry, and has many notes of tropical fruits and some citrus to it as well.
Out of Provence, France we are now carrying the Palm! The Palm is the more entry level rose of Whispering Angel. Both of these roses are classic representations of what rose should be! The Palm is just $17.99! This wine is nice and dry, medium bodied, and slightly acidic. I got notes of strawberry and watermelon when trying this wine.
